You step aboard in Puerto Portals when the marina is still warm and the light has started to soften. No rush, no queue — your captain already knows where the sun will drop tonight.
We cruise west along the coast towards Illes Malgrats and Cala Llamp, where the cliffs turn amber and the sea goes glass-flat. The champagne is already on ice, the music is low, and the coastline slides past like a private film.
Somewhere between Portals and Andratx the engines go quiet and everything else does too. Later, you come back to lit-up Portals with salt on your skin and the feeling that the day was designed for you. Because it was.
