Open Yachts Charter Mallorca processes the data you send through our enquiry form or WhatsApp for one purpose only: to answer your charter enquiry and organise your day on the water.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond the suppliers strictly necessary for your charter (skipper, catering, water toys). Data is kept only as long as needed for the booking and legal obligations.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to bur.eugenio@gmail.com.

This website uses no advertising trackers. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner.

All charters depart from Puerto Portals unless otherwise agreed. Day charters run 10:00–18:00 or 11:00–19:00; half days are 4 hours. Week and overnight charters are available on selected yachts only.

Rates are per day and include skipper. Fuel, VAT where applicable, catering, water toys and marina fees outside Puerto Portals are quoted separately.

A booking is confirmed on receipt of the agreed deposit. The captain may modify or shorten the itinerary for reasons of safety, weather or sea state.

Cancellations, weather policy and security deposits are detailed in the charter agreement sent with every confirmed booking.
